Matthew Calarco is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Sweet Briar College in Virginia. He has published extensively on leading figures in contemporary Continental thought, including Derrida, Levinas, Agamben, and Nancy. With Peter Atterton, he is author of On Levinas, and editor of The Continental Ethics Reader and Animal Philosophy: Essential Readings in Theory and Culture. He is currently completing a book entitled Zoographies.
